The Hunter Valley region north of Sydney offers a wide range of world class food and wine. This private day tour follows a progressive food and wine trail to showcase some of the region’s best gourmet offerings.

Departing Sydney you head north across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and through Sydney’s leafy Northern suburbs. Travelling via the scenic and historic Wollembi Road enjoy some morning tea before entering the Hunter Valley via the Brokenback Range.

First stop is at Cocoa Nib, a boutique Chocolate Shop situated within Keith Tulloch Wine estate. This beautiful artisan chocolate shop serves some truly amazing treats. Taste some of the locally handcrafted and totally unique chocolates.

From chocolate tasting to a structured cheese and wine tasting at your next stop.  Taste nine of the best local, Australian and International cheeses which have been picked especially for our guests to pair with beautiful local wines. 

Chocolate, cheese, wine and now a bistro lunch set among the peaceful surrounds of Tallavera Grove, overlooking a valley of terraced vineyards and grazing cattle. Bistro Molines combines the finest food with relaxed friendly service and European influenced serenity.

Rejoining the vehicle after lunch you head towards Sabor Desert Bar, offering a delectable range of desserts to choose from – in fact choose from over 50 desserts!

Last stop on the trail is Audrey Wilkinson, one of the oldest wineries in the Hunter Valley and well known for their Semillions and Shiraz. We head to their VIP room for a private tasting of some of their best wines. You will love their great range and as well as the stunning views from their winery.

As the day draws to an end, reboard your vehicle for the drive back to Sydney.
