Mbantua Sunset and Starlight Bush Dinner. Mbantua is the name given to Alice Springs by the original Aboriginal inhabitants. The tour includes visiting historic Telegraph Reserve and majestic Simpsons Gap along the way and learning about bush foods and Aboriginal culture. Dinner is a scenic bush setting with a 3-course meal, cooked over an open mulga fire, with bush food delicacies included. You can learn some cooking styles and taste bush foods of the Aboriginal people. Dine under the Milky Way and listen to the sounds of the desert as it comes alive at night. After dinner guests can try and spot light wildlife before heading back to Alice Springs for the night.
