Overview:
Aboriginal culture, wildlife and wetlands - explore the Adelaide River Floodplains of the Top End on this small group day tour ex Darwin. Just 90mins drive from Darwin, your first stop is a 1 hr scenic cruise on the Corroboree Billabong with an Aboriginal guide, a spectacular natural habitat for birds, crocodiles and wildlife. Great photo opportunities!
Following the Billabong cruise, it’s a short drive to meet your Aboriginal guide for a 2 hr experience in picturesque bushlands bursting with wildlife and plants, and where you will learn about bush tucker, local history and culture, have a go at throwing a spear or playing a didgeridoo. Refreshments of Billy tea and damper included.
