Indigenous cultural experience within a traditional Aboriginal Community on the fringe of the Simpson Desert, 120kms from Alice Springs. Accommodation is 3 deluxe safari tents with private en-suites. All meals are inclusive of the rate and are prepared by the resident "bush tucker" chef.

The accommodation is ideal for the desert with your safari tent perched on polished timber flooring 2 metres above sandy red dunes overlooking the wonders of the Simpson Desert, complete with private en-suite which includes free standing bath and 'eco' friendly flush toilet. Your deluxe safari tent has been extended to include your own private decking with panoramic views enabling our guests to enjoy a majestic desert sunrise and sunset.

Experiences include art & crafts, bush tucker gathering and tasting & dreamtime stories.

Additional Comments
The Titjikala Community is a "dry" community where alcohol cannot be consumed by local people. The Deluxe Safari Tent site is 1km from the Community Centre and pre-purchased alcohol can be consumed by our guests but only in moderation as a respectful gesture and must only be consumed within range of the tents.
