The Chateau Yering

The Chateau Yering is a 50 minute drive from Melbourne , it provides luxury accommodation in Victoria's premier wine region. The heritage listed Victorian mansion is set amidst historic gardens on 250 acres bordering the Yarra River and dates from 1854. The property enjoys breathtaking views over the Yarra Valley and the superb refurbishment includes antiques and fine paintings.

The luxury period accommodation and award winning Eleonore's Restaurant boast some of the best rural vistas in Victoria, whilst the lounges and sitting room are a showcase for fine paintings and antique furniture.

The accommodation at Chateau Yering consists of 32 suites individually decorated with different colour schemes. Word has spread quickly of the high standard of food and accommodation and the accommodation is full on most weekends.

Yering Suite
The Yering Suite is Chateau Yering's Signature Suite and is approximately 60 square metres (651 square feet) in size.

The Suite, which has it's own private staircase leading up to a large sitting room, is tastefully furnished with antiques and complemented with a gas fireplace. The fully appointed marble ensuite boasts a corner spa bath and the bedroom is tastefully furnished with antiques including an antique Half Tester bed and has a walk- in robe. Both the Sitting room and Bedroom have a balcony facing the gardens & distant hills.

Yarra Suite
Designed with spaciousness in mind, the Yarra Suite is 48 square metres (522 square feet) in size.

The luxurious bedroom offers a king-sized bed and leads into a generous and comfortable sitting area complete with antique furnishings. The marble ensuite is complete with spa bath and separate shower. From the sitting area, step out side onto your private landing to enjoy the sweeping views of the Yarra Valley.

Stable Suite
Can there be anything more luxurious and romantic than a stay in a Stable Suite at Chateau Yering? With a cosy open log fire, an antique four-poster bed and a large spa bath in the marble ensuite, this spacious room offers 35 square metres (374 square feet) of pure opulence.

The River Suites
The River Suites offer very spacious accommodation, with 38 square metres of space (406 square feet) and a king-sized bed. Each room is individually decorated, and with their own private outdoor areas the emphasis is on the majestic ambience, comfort and style. With antique furnishings and a marble ensuite that has a claw-foot bath and separate shower, this elegant room is shear luxury.
